Alternative Treatment for Healthy Hair
You can begin by making attempts to restore the health and vitality of your hair. The first step in this direction would be to cut your hair short so that its texture is even throughout. Then, you can begin with a proper routine of regular hair care. For an oily scalp, you can use a shampoo that is meant for oily hair. This will ensure that you are not getting excess oil into your scalp, as usually these shampoos do not have added conditioner, so they do not promote excess oiliness in hair. You can also massage into your scalp a mix of a cup of yogurt and a tablespoon of lime juice and leave it in for about an hour before washing. This will remove any excessive oiliness from your scalp quite effectively.
If your scalp is oily and the ends are dry, it means that your hair shaft is suffering from breakage due to brittleness. In order to take care of this, make certain you condition your hair very well and deeply. You must apply conditioner which is meant for dry hair only to your hair strands and not to your roots. Leave this on for about two minutes and wash it off thoroughly. This should take care of the problem. You must also condition your hair using henna or mehendi every other month or so. Mix enough henna powder and a whole egg to make a paste and apply this to your hair. Leave it on for about four hours and wash off with regular shampoo.
