Home remedies for weight loss

I have put on weight after my marriage kindly tell me some good exercises and dietary plan to loose weight and get into perfect shape. Thank you.

Natural Treatment for Weight Loss

There are various natural ways to lose weight that will not tax you too much and be of help quite easily. Start your day with a glass of hot water that has half a lime and a teaspoon of honey stirred into it. This can show results in a week. Hot water, lime and honey are very good at melting lipids. Green tea is an excellent remedy to cut back on caffeine in your system and lose body fat. You can replace your morning cup of coffee or tea with it. Sip warm water all day to loosen up lipids and lessening body fat.

Put in 30 minutes of simple aerobic exercise daily, and it will take you no time at all to lose the extra weight. If you cannot go for fat-burning exercise, then you must go for a brisk walk outdoors. This will pump up circulation and generally add to your good looks as well. Try to make small changes in your life which will go a long way towards taking care of the problem. Eliminate alcohol and fizzy drinks – both contain empty calories which add nothing but fat. Eat rice once a week. Avoid potatoes whenever you can. Opt for yogurt or ice candy instead of ice cream. Replace chips or nuts with fruit slices. Restrict your sweet intake to once a week. Replace sugar with a sweetener. These things may sound small, but they will make big differences.
