Are there any salons or stylist who concentrates specifically on women over 55?

You have not mentioned where you are located, so it is impossible to provide any such information to you. In any case, we have no knowledge of any such place. There are unlikely to be salons or hair stylists who cater exclusively to women over the age of 55, or, in fact, to any one particular age group of women. However you never know; people come up with all sorts of ideas to develop a unique customer base for themselves, so there may actually be a hair stylist somewhere in your area who has decided to concentrate on women over the age of 55.
It is however not clear why exactly you are looking for such a hair stylist. No special hair treatment is needed for women over the age of 55. The main changes in hair as a result of the aging process are the loss of pigment and some loss of hair. Graying of hair, the result of a decrease in production of melanin by the hair follicles, is common for both men and women, sometimes beginning by the age of 35. Hair loss however is relatively mild among women, so if you find that you have excessive hair loss you should consult your doctor.
