how do u get rid of deep set black heads, with steam already used on the area for a specific time on someone with sensitive skin

Natural Treatment for Black Heads
Blackheads form when dead skin cells, instead of falling off the skin, get stuck in the pores of the skin. As a result, the pore and the sebaceous gland below it get blocked, leading to a build up of sebum, the oily protective substance that is produced by the sebaceous glands. Blackheads are similar to pimples in this way, but they turn black because somehow the sebum gets oxidized, as well as due to some amount of dirt. Fortunately though, unlike pimples, blackheads are not infected and are therefore less painful and less likely to leave scars.
It is still however advisable not to scratch a blackhead or try to burst it. Steam is an excellent treatment for blackheads as it can open up the clogged pore. However, the treatment needs to be continued for several consecutive days, so if you have not continued steaming your face for at least a week, you should try it again. In addition, be sure to keep the area clean by washing it several times a day, preferable with plain water. You can also rub a crushed clove of garlic on the blackheads to prevent infection and scarring. A face wash of honey, nutmeg powder and turmeric powder can also be quite effective.
