Rebonding is basically the term used in certain parts of the world to describe permanent hair straightening procedures. Of course, when it comes to hair, the word "permanent" is usually relative. Rebonding is permanent only in the sense that the portion of hair that has already grown and is treated will remain straight. As your hair grows however, the new portion will grow according to its natural structure and texture. Your hair will therefore not really stay permanently straight. This is finally a good thing, or else the damage done by rebonding might also have been more permanent.
Rebonding involves the use of strong chemicals, and is known to cause hair loss. Repeated treatments cause cumulative damage if the hair is not given a break between treatments. In your case, you seem to have undergone two treatments in the space of a few months. It is therefore not surprising that the condition of your hair has deteriorated since the second treatment and you are experiencing excessive hair fall. Hair that is damaged by this harsh treatment becomes weak and falls out very easily.
Fortunately, the damage is not permanent - new hair will continue to grow, as your follicles are highly unlikely to be affected by the treatment. The new hair that goes will be strong and healthy, as it was before. Unfortunately, there isn't really anything you can do to repair the damaged hair in the meanwhile. If you want, you can consult a hair stylist, who may be able to perform some temporary procedures to strengthen your hair. However, it is not advisable to put your hair through any more treatments, as the risk of further damage is too high. Instead, just be more particular about regular, basic hair care measures. Start using a mild shampoo that is meant for weak, damaged hair. Your conditioner should also be the same. It will also help if you oil your hair regularly. Coconut oil is particularly effective, as it seems to penetrate the hair shaft and protect it against damage more effectively than other oils. Warm a little coconut oil and then massage it into your scalp gently, making sure to coat your hair with it too. Ideally, this should be done at night, and your hair should be washed normally in the morning. Remember not to scrub your hair dry with a towel, and to wait till your hair is dry before combing it. You should also ensure that your hair is covered when you are outdoors, so that the wind and sun do not damage it further.
