Alternative treatment for gray hair
I am a female age 17 plus. Some of my hair turns gray. Please suggest me if oil is of use. FREYAL - SRI LANKA

Natural Cure for Gray Hair
Premature graying of hair is not an uncommon problem, and you need to be prepared to simply deal with it, as in many cases it cannot be stopped or reversed. Hair usually starts to turn gray only after the age of 30, but in some people it can start much earlier, and when the problem is genetic, it cannot be fought.
In some cases however, mineral or vitamin deficiencies, or certain medications may be the cause of premature graying. If you are on medication for some reason, check with your doctor whether this could be one of the side effects. Fat is also necessary for your body to properly absorb minerals and vitamins, so if you have for some reason entirely cut out the fat from your diet, this might be the cause. An excess of tobacco or caffeine can also increase the risk of premature graying, and although this is unlikely to happen at 17, you would do well to cut down on these substances if you use either of them.
There are also certain disorders that have premature graying as a symptom, so if you have been experiencing other symptoms as well, you should consult your doctor at the earliest.
