Cure dark skin spot using beet root juice

I have been sitting in the sun a lot with sunscreen. There were small scabs and spots that I picked, and now I have white small marks that look like freckles. What are they? And how do I get them to go away?

The skin is a delicate organ and constant exposure to the harmful ultraviolet rays of the sun can cause severe damage to it. Using a sunscreen with a high SPF factor liberally is always beneficial. However, the protective effect of the sunscreen starts wearing off in an hour or so and hence, keeping the sunscreen with you at all times and re-applying it whenever possible is recommended. Carrying a parasol or wearing a scarf when going out protects the skin further from the sun's rays.

Due to the effects of pollution and the harmful rays of the sun, the skin is prone to blemishes like pimples, black heads and acne. In anticipation of a clear flawless complexion, we often tend to pick at these blemishes further aggravating them, resulting in scabs and dark spots. Hormonal and nutritional imbalance and stress can also cause dark spots. The exposure to the sun increases the production of melanin - the pigment that gives the skin its color, and thus darkens the spots. The spots on the skin may also be due to the uneven distribution of melanin. Normally when scabs are removed, they leave back small white marks which gradually turn dark. However, meeting a dermatologist is advised to prevent complications.

The change in skin color could be due to impurities in the blood. Drinking plenty of water and fresh fruit juices helps to flush out the toxins from the body. Beetroot is also known to cure spots and uneven pigmentation of the skin. Massaging the body with mustard oil, half an hour before a bath will prove beneficial in improving the quality of your skin by keeping it healthy. To get rid of scabs and dead skin, using a natural face scrub made with honey, sugar, lemon juice, sandalwood powder and turmeric powder is recommended. This face scrub exfoliates the dead skin and the lemon juice lightens the scars as a result of its natural bleaching properties. Another natural remedy for spots involves applying milk cream with a few drops of lemon juice to the face. After a few minutes, massaging the skin with sugar granules in a circular motion will lighten the spots and improve the general health of the skin due to improved blood circulation. Smearing the face with the juice of a raw potato is also known to fade spots and reduce a tan. Cucumber juice and raw papaya is also known to erase spots.
