There are a few things that you can try, but it is extremely unlikely that you will be able to stop your hair from turning white. As for turning hair that is already white black once a gain - this is completely impossible, unless you are interested in dyeing your hair.

What you are experiencing is a normal part of the aging process. Some people do not experience it till much later, while others, like you, experience it rather early in life. The average age at which hair starts to turn white is approximately 30 - but this is only an average. Some lucky people have hardly any white hair even at forty, while others may be unfortunate enough to see their first white hair in their teens. By the time they reach the age of 30, they may have hardly any black hair left. These variations are determined by the individual's genes, and other factors such as lifestyle and environment do not seem to have much of an impact on them. What gives hair its color is the pigment melanin, and after a certain age, a hair follicle stops producing melanin, leaving the hair colorless. There is no medication that will cause a hair follicle to start producing melanin once again, and even though there are numerous home remedies that are supposed to achieve this feat, there is no real evidence that this actually happens. To some extent, it seems that factors such as pollution and stress contribute to early graying and balding. Smoking has been quite conclusively linked to early graying. Therefore, eliminating such factors from your life may slow down the process of graying. However, this will not bring back the color to hair that has already turned white.

If you would still like to try a few home remedies you can. One commonly recommended treatment for premature graying is soaking fenugreek seeds in water overnight, and in the morning, massaging this water into the scalp. For another remedy, powder a bit of dried Indian gooseberry and mix it with some coconut oil, and then massage this into your scalp. This should be left in for at least an hour before washing. Rinsing your hair with plain black tea is also supposed to help prevent premature graying. Finally, a good diet will also help your hair to retain its color, so you should ensure that your diet is varied, balanced, and healthy.
