There is really no simple and universal answer to your question. In general, substances such as turmeric, honey, and yogurt are unlikely to be harmful for your skin, even if they are used every single day. Lemon juice, on the other hand, is acidic and rather harsh. It is natural bleach and tends to dry the skin too, so daily application of lemon juice could easily cause skin problems. However, that said, it is important to note that each individual's skin is different, and what works well for one person's skin may wreak havoc on another person's skin. Obviously, the opposite is also true. Therefore, you need to figure out whether your skin needs and benefits from daily application of these substances, or whether they are causing any damage. If you have so far been using this treatment on your skin daily and without any negative effects, you can probably continue to do so. However, if you have been suffering from skin problems, you would probably do well to consider whether this is because of the substances you mentioned or in spite of them.

As mentioned earlier, turmeric, honey, and yogurt, are rather benign, and you can apply them as often as you like. Generally however, most people use such remedies only a few times a week - perhaps every alternate day, or twice a week. The use of lemon in particular should be restricted to no more frequently than twice a week. In fact, if you do not have oily skin, you can probably avoid using lemon juice altogether. Even if you have oily skin, you need only a small amount of lemon juice in order to get the benefit of it. Also remember never to use lemon juice by itself - if you mix the yogurt, honey, and turmeric together with the lemon, the combination is probably mild enough. However, if you use these substances separately, you should dilute the lemon juice with water, or at least consider combining it with the honey. The honey will dilute the lemon juice, and will also soothe and moisturize your skin.

One element that seems to be missing from your list of ingredients is an exfoliant. For this, you can add either rice flour or table salt to the mixture. This will help to slough off the upper layer of dead, dry skin, thus allowing soft, new skin to come to the surface more quickly.
