Natural oil massage on scalp using almond oil, olive oil helps to nourish the hair and reduce loss of hair

I am 28 years of age 28 and facing hair loss due to change of location. Please suggest the tips.

A change of location, implying a change in the quality of water, is one of the biggest causes of hair fall. The change is usually from soft to hard water and the chemical content of water. Water that is rich in chlorine or alkaline in nature will make hair brittle and liable to fall. Try and avoid washing your hair with hard water. If you can use a normal tap purifier to filter water, it would be ideal. If that is not possible, take out a bucket of water in the evening and leave it standing overnight. Wash your hair with that water. The hard sediments usually sink to the bottom leaving the water clearer. Since you have mentioned that you have changed locations, there should not be a drastic change to your diet. Plenty of fruits, vegetables, milk products, and plenty of water should ensure good health of body and hair. Also avoid excessive spices, fried, and oily food.

Due to your hair loss, you must massage your scalp regularly. This helps nourish the roots of your hair and strengthen it. Take a tablespoon of castor oil in an olive or almond oil base and heat it until it is moderately hot. Wait till it cools, massage the warm oil onto your scalp with a cotton swab, and let in soak in for four hours. Wash off the oil with warm water, followed up with a conditioner that suits your hair. Regular oiling at least twice a week will reduce your hair fall. Applying a mix of fenugreek seeds with little rose water also helps reduce hair fall. For this, you have to soak the seeds in water overnight and then grind the seeds into paste. Mix this with rose water and apply onto your scalp. Keep it overnight and wash off with water the next morning. This reduces hair fall to an extent. Direct application of almond oil onto the scalp also helps reduce hair fall. Certain things that you must keep in mind are: avoid changing your shampoos frequently and stick to an herbal shampoo as much as possible and use a shampoo that is gentle enough to be used daily as it causes least harm to your hair.

Anxiety, stress and hormonal imbalances also lead to hair fall. Changing cities with different cultures and people might take time to get used to. Do not stress over it. Go for long walks early in the morning. You can also apply henna on your hair for two hours. Take henna powder and mix it with water to form a paste. Keep it in an iron vessel overnight. Oil your hair the next morning and beat one raw egg into the henna mixture. Mix them thoroughly and apply it on your hair and scalp. Keep it on for 2 hours and wash off with water. Use a mild shampoo for not more than two times on your scalp. Henna, however, must not be applied more than twice a month.
