Haircuts looking good on any one are a matter of proportion and balancing out the hair, keeping in mind the texture and quantity of hair. Adding another trick to adding height to your hair and face is to create an illusion through the use of color and highlighting of strands of your hair. In addition to experimenting with different ways of styling your hair with your existing cut, you can try adding highlights in shades that are 2-3 levels lighter than the natural base color of your hair. This results in addition to the depth and dimension to your color. Therefore you can create an illusion of larger size to your petite face. One last thing that you must remember is that haircuts and hairstyles are not the only way to enhance your visual appeal. Highlighting your individual features like eye color, color to your lips, highlighting your cheekbones are also ways to highlight features.
