Unwanted facial hair on any part of the face basically occurs on account of hormonal changes that take place during puberty, irregular periods, pregnancy, menopause, and as a side effect of medication or on account of stress. At times however, it may also be caused due to hereditary factors. When the levels of testosterone (male hormone) in the body increase, the outcome may be an excess amount of hair on the face or other on areas of the body as well. Facial hair, however tiny it may be, is not a pleasant sight and can become a cause for concern. It can affect a person's self confidence and can leave one feeling discontented and uncomfortable.

There are several natural hair care home remedies however, that can help one in getting rid of this unwanted fuzz. Add a teaspoon of sugar to 2 tablespoons of limejuice. Once the sugar has dissolved, add a table spoon of water to this mixture. Now apply it on the concerned area, in this case the nose, and let it sit for about 10-15 minutes. Rinse it off with warm water. This treatment has to be performed 2-3 times a week in order to yield positive results. Mix together four teaspoons of honey and a tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Apply a liberal coating of the mixture on the affected area, after 10-15 minutes rinse it off with cold water. This treatment should also be performed twice a week for optimum results.

Take the white of an egg and to this add 1 teaspoon of corn flour and a tablespoon of sugar. Blend the three ingredients together to get a thick sticky paste. Apply it on to the nose and let it dry naturally for about fifteen minutes. Once the mixture has dried, very carefully peel it off. This treatment, if done every alternate day, is considered to be very useful in removing unwanted hair. Take a tablespoon of gram flour and add on teaspoon of milk to it. Apply this mixture on the nose and let it air dry. Once the mixture has dried to form a thin crust on the skin, gently scrub it off by rubbing you finger tips in a circular motion. This is also known to work if done on a daily basis. If none of these treatments work then you could try tweezing the hairs, this is a safe and effective method of getting rid of unwanted hair.
