From the description that you have provided, the bumps on your hand to seem to be characteristic of a condition known as urticaria, also commonly referred to as heat rash, nettles or hives. Urticaria gives rise to tiny bumps on the skin, which very often resembles pimples. These boils could be in the form of very tiny spots or large bumps and at times the two forms may merge into a large raised lump that can be very itchy and hot. This rash can be localized, appearing in only particular parts of the body; however it has the potential of spreading when the condition is severe. This condition can be caused due to a large number of reasons, namely: a reaction to certain kinds of medication, reaction to sunlight or cold, reaction to excessive sweating caused by heat or exercise and a reaction to certain type of food.

This condition is rarely serious and can be treated effectively. It is only if the boils appear in and around the mouth that one needs to be concerned. Here are some natural skin care remedies that you could try out to get rid of this nasty rash. The simplest and easiest remedy would be the application of aloe vera gel. This can also be mixed with vitamin E oil, and then be applied on the rash. Let the application stay on for at least an hour or two before you rinse it off. This will help in soothing the skin and will get rid of any itching sensation as well. Adding half a cup of oatmeal to warm bath water will also help in curing the skin rash. Cornstarch can also be used to treat this condition. Mix together 3 teaspoons of corn starch and 1 ½ cup of oatmeal. Add some water to the mixture to make a thick paste. Now apply a generous layer of the paste on the affected area and let it air dry. After about half an hour, when the mixture has dried, wash it off with cold water. This skin treatment will help in drying out the rash.

Take a teaspoon of vegetable oil or olive oil and to this add grapefruit seed extract (4-5 drops). This should now be applied on the rash. Wash the application off after about 15-20 minutes. This remedy is also known to work well on this condition. Nettle tea is also good for this condition. Having 2 cups a day will help in curing the rash.
