Cure for Skin Cancer
There are three primary ways currently adopted to treat any type of cancer effectively. The first and most commonly used one of these is chemotherapy. This is a method of injecting drugs into the body in and around the area where cancerous cells are in dense growth. These drugs then act upon and destroy cancer cells, as well as retard further growth and spread of the disease. Since this is a very strong method to be used, it can also result in other side effects such as loss of hair or bone loss. Under the aegis of chemotherapy, some ointments may also be applied topically to the skin. This will make them work towards destroying topical damage caused, especially by skin cancer. The next form of therapy employed to get rid of any and all types of cancer is radiation therapy. This is a method wherein the body is openly exposed to x rays, or other rays of high radiation. These rays will effectively kill cancerous cells and also prevent them from growing.
Surgery is also a common method used to treat cancer of all kinds affecting most body parts. But this is not too commonly used with skin cancer, since the other two methods work better in that case.
