How can I Improve Aging Skin. I heard about this from a friend, can you tell me something more about this?

Alternative Therapies to Improve Aging Skin

One of the most effective ways to Improve Aging Skin is to perform regular neck, face & throat exercises. Throat & neck exercises can change your appearance & skin tone. But you have to perform these exercises in moderation so that you do not get hurt. Sit in a comfortable place & tilt your head back. Start a chewing motion while keeping your lips closed. Repeat it for as many as 15 to 20 times. This will strengthen & firm your neck muscles. Lie down on your bed & let your head hang from its edge. Now, lift your head up to the level of the bed & hold it there for 5 to 10 counts. Relax your head & repeat this for 4 to 5 times more. All these exercises will strengthen your muscles & prevent your skin from sagging.

Regularly clean & moisturize your skin. The earlier you start taking care of your skin, the better it will be to care for it during the later years of your life. Maintain skin & general body hygiene. Avoid over exposure to skin & drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated. Keep away form smoking & alcohol & avoid oily, fried & junk foods.
