Prevent Skin Aging
I am 40 years old & worried that soon my skin will develop wrinkles. Please tell me some ways to Prevent Skin Aging?

Natural Cures to Prevent Skin Aging
Much has been said about how over exposure to sun speeds up the skin aging process. In fact it nourishes the skin & is a source of Vitamin D which is needed for calcium absorption & development of healthy bones. You should protect your skin from damage due to over exposure while at the same time extract maximum benefit out of it. Expose your skin for some time to the sun in the early hours of the sunlight. People with Caucasian skin type should avoid direct exposure to the midday sun.
Eat green leafy vegetables, raisins, pears, apples & pomegranates for providing nourishment to your body & for cooling it from within. Sauté equal proportions of fennel, cumin, turmeric & coriander in pure clarified butter & add this mixture to your grains & vegetables. If you are very photosensitive, avoid having large amounts of garlic, ginger, asafetida, hot peppers or red chilies.
It is important for you to know your skin type & eat foods suitable to it. Avoid harsh chemicals contained in shampoos, cosmetics & soaps to protect your skin from damage. Additives, chemicals & preservatives found in foods may also damage your skin form within. Eat fresh, unpackaged & organic foods regularly. Regular exercise will keep your body fir & your mind calm thus providing internal nourishment to your skin.
