I need information on Vitamins. Can you tell me about its benefits & uses in preventing wrinkles?

Benefits & Uses of Vitamins

Vitamins not only keep your skin healthy but are good for overall wellness. Beta-carotene acts as a powerful antioxidant & control the free radicals thus preventing cell damage which eventually leads to premature aging & other disorders. It also treats skin diseases like eczema, psoriasis etc. Biotin keeps the skin healthy by combating allergies.

Vitamin is an effective antioxidant which keeps the skin cells healthy & cures skin disorders like acne, pimples & wrinkles. It boosts the immune system & aids in healing wounds. Vitamin C is found naturally in the skin & plays the central role in the production of collagen. Its topical application reduces the risk of skin cancer. It is found in citrus fruits & vegetables & it can be taken in the supplement form.

Vitamin E is the most important antioxidant which protects the cell membranes. It improves the surface of the skin & prevents wrinkles. It is found in nuts, meats & oats & can be taken orally as well. Vitamin A or retinol & helps in retaining the natural moisture of the skin. Some plant-based foods supply beta-carotene which is converted into vitamin A by the body. It is found in cheddar cheese, sweet potato, carrots, broccoli, spinach & apricots.
