What are the natural Anti Aging effective treatments? Please advice.

Anti Aging Natural Treatments
The most important natural Anti Aging cure is to regularly apply sunscreen or sun block on your skin before going out. This will provide protection from the harmful effects of ultraviolet rays of the sun. although getting sun exposure for 15 to 20 minutes in the early hours of he morning is beneficial for the skin as it is able to absorb vitamin D which is necessary for the skin. But avoid over exposure as it may speed up the aging process or make bring in premature aging. Wear sun glasses & protect tour face by wearing a scarf if you are going out in the sun or wind.
Frowning, scowling & squinting are some facial expressions which develop fine lines, furrows & wrinkles prominently & permanently. Smiling & laughing develop lesser wrinkles & lines. Increase your daily intake of vitamins A, C & E in the form of supplements or through vegetables & fruits. Wheat germs, oats, citrus fruits & brown rice contain these vitamins.
Regularly moisturize your skin with the type of lotion or cream that is suitable for your skin type. Lemon juice & Aloe Vera can also be applied as home remedies for anti aging. Nightly massage with vitamin E oil, olive oil or coconut oil will provide natural nourishment to your skin.
