Natural Facial Aging Creams
You can us several facial aging creams which can be made naturally. They are cost effective & do not require much time to prepare. Their effects are long term & your skin will retain its beauty for a quite some time. Consistent use of these natural & home made products for treating the effects of anti aging on your skin delays premature aging & prevents wrinkles & fine lines.
Make a uniform mixture of honey, turmeric powder, fresh milk & rose water. Apply it on your face & leave it to dry. Wash it with warm water & pat your face dry with a soft towel. If you find that your skin has become dry apply some moisturizer to it. Use less milk or add some milk cream to prevent dryness. You can also apply lemon juice, cucumber juice or fresh Aloe Vera on your skin.
Facial exercises like neck exercises, eye exercises, face exercises & shoulder exercises will keep the muscles firm & supple. Regular massage with coconut oil, olive oil or vitamin E will naturally enrich your skin & keep it healthy. Keep your skin clean & avoid scratching or scrubbing it excessively. Use sunscreen for protection against sun rays.
