In some cases the changes in the weather can play havoc with your hair and even people who have normally fairly straight hair notice that it becomes frizzy. As part of home remedy for frizzy hair, one of the first things that you need to get rid of frizzy hair is to protect your hair. Try and keep it covered, especially when you are going out. This keeps your hair clean and makes it easier to maintain. Using a cotton scarf around your hair is a good idea. A massage using warm oil is generally accepted as very good repair therapy for damaged hair. Warm coconut oil is a good option. You can also use one tablespoon of olive oil and three tablespoons of coconut oil, warm this and then use this. Use the tips of your fingers and rub the oil on your scalp. Ideally this oil should be left on your head for at least an hour before you wash it. When you wash your hair remember to use only lukewarm water. You need to spend some time and effort in selecting shampoos and conditioners that suit your hair type. This may take some time but you should try and ensure that you use hair products that really suit your hair. Once you have found these, you will definitely notice a marked difference in the quality of your hair. Mix the yolk of one egg, one tablespoon of honey, one tablespoon of yoghurt and half a tablespoon of almond oil. Mix this well and apply on your hair. Ideally, this should be left on the hair for at least thirty minutes. After this you can wash this off. Regular usage of this will help improve the quality of your hair. Wring out the excess water from a towel that has been dipped in hot water and then wrap this around your hair. Let this stay on your hair for at least half an hour before you wash your hair. You can also use one raw egg, beaten up with four tablespoons of olive oil on your hair. This paste will need to be rinsed off with plenty of lukewarm water.
