Heat some mustard oil and then add some henna leaves to this. Allow the mustard leaves to burn in the hot mustard oil. Strain the cooled oil and store it. You can use this oil for your regular weekly massage. Take care in your selection of shampoos and conditioners and chose one that best suits you. You can also boil pieces of dried gooseberry in some oil. Strain the oil after it has cooled down. This can be stored and used regularly. Another easy treatment involves boiling two tablespoons of dried gooseberry. If you can find powdered gooseberry, you can use this too. Boil it in water and leave it overnight. Apply this on your hair in the morning for at least an hour and then wash it off. Do this regularly. In addition to these applications, it is important to remember that for healthy hair and skin you should eat healthy. Your food should contain a balanced amount of raw fruits and vegetables and food that contains a minimum of spices and oils.
