Skin Cancer Diagnose Center
If you are suffering from any kind of skin problem, it is always advisable for you to see a dermatologist who will be able to guide you better about what the problem is. It is true that all dermatologists are not skin cancer specialists, but any dermatologist will be able to tell you whether the problem you are facing is an unusual one and whether you need to be specifically treated for it or not. Once you have that kind of guidance, it becomes easier for you to seek proper aid and assistance from a qualified doctor for your problem.
A regular cancer unit in a local and general hospital should be sufficient for you to clear your doubts and suspicions about your skin ailment. Generally, if you have some problem that appears to be a sign or a symptom of skin cancer, you will be asked to undergo a series of tests, most notably a biopsy which will determine at once if you have cancer. A biopsy is a simple method wherein a small sample of your skin is taken out and examined under a microscope to see if there are any cancers cells present in it. This examination can be done chemically or even manually, by laboratory personnel.
