Treatment for Acne on Skin
If you have acne on your face, you should adopt a two pronged program to get your skin looking good. The first thing that you should do is completely change the way you eat and the food that you eat. Instead of eating fried foodstuff, you should opt for healthy options like fresh fruit and salads. Vegetables of any kind and fruit should form an integral part of your diet. Not food that contains white flour, cheese and sugar. Carbonated drinks and tea and coffee should be completely dropped form your life. You should stay off sweets too and instead eat fresh fruit as snacks. Take up some physical exercise since this will keep you fit and healthy. Sleep for at least eight hours and avoid stress.
The second part of the skin care for people suffering from acne includes giving your face a good steaming. Use a towel dipped in hot water to bring the boils to a head. Never touch your boils or try to scratch or pinch them out. Use a mask made of a tablespoon of oatmeal and some milk on your face. Steaming your face is another option that you can try. After you have steamed your face, use ice cubes on your face.
