Pregnancy and hair fall:-

It is very common after delivery because of heavy progestrone

circulation in the blood .Do not worry if this is the cause it will stop

falling naturally.

Take lot of green leafy vegetables .You can make a green soup of 5

types of greens like say spinach, raddish leaves, corriander ,cabbage

and mint leaves boil 50 gms of each in 2 litres of water till it is

reduced to half litre .Then strain it .You can put salt and tomatoes to

taste .Drink this soup morning and night daily.
