Hi i am mamta.i am 23 years old.my hair is thin and also fall & breakup.i want to know that how to made my hair stronger & hair growth.i also try many typs of hair treatment ayurvedic products.please send me ur reply and pl

1.Do not use multiple remedies.

2.Take one good ayurvedic medicine and shampoo .

3.DeToxify yourself by doing regular exercises aerobics like jogging or

brisk walking and anaerobics like yoga ,breathing techniques.

4.Take Dudhi pulp (pulp of white gourd vegetable pulp) 400 gms every day early in the morning for 3

months.You can add 1 tsp of lemon juice and pepper to taste.
