You have described three problems, so it is best to tackle them one by one for best results. To begin with, oily skin can be treated by making small changes in your daily skin care routine. You must begin by washing your face with a soap free face wash twice a day and following this with a mild grease free moisturizer which is specifically formulated for oily skin. This will ensure that you keep your skin oil free and well moisturized at the same time. You should also make it a point to exfoliate your skin once a week to maintain cleanliness and remove excess oil that may be blocking your pores. For excessively oily skin, it is also advisable to cut back on your intake of oily food. This will also reduce the oiliness of your face and skin.

The second problem you have mentioned is that of pimples, which are usually caused due to dead skin cells that clog your skin's pores, thereby disallowing skin to breathe freely and maintain cleanliness. Pimples will be automatically taken care of when you exfoliate your skin. This is usually the first step in caring for and getting rid of pimples in any case. You should use an exfoliating scrub made with coarsely ground walnuts and yogurt to which a few drops of honey have been added. If you add a few drops of fresh orange juice to this scrub, you also be sanitizing your face at the same time. This will ensure that you are getting rid of oiliness as well as discourage new pimples from erupting. Pimples can also be taken care of by topically applying a dab of sandalwood and rose water paste on them. This will remove them and also soothe your skin at the same time.

The third problem you have mentioned is dark spots around your nose and face. For cases of pigmentation like this, usually, exfoliating is the best solution. Add a few drops of lime juice to your exfoliating scrub as well in order to lighten the dark spots. Aloe vera gel is usually the best way to get rid of patchy marks like the ones you have described. If you can apply freshly removed gel from aloe vera leaves, it will work better. Otherwise, it is also useful to use ready made gel. You can also use a mixture of sandalwood powder, rose water and a few drops of hydrogen peroxide to lighten the color of these patches.
