Sometimes changes in weather and changes in water do not suit a particular hair type. Try the following tips to get back your healthy and shiny look of the hair.

Massage your hair every alternate day with warm castor oil in the night for 15 minutes. Leave it overnight and shampoo next day morning. This when you follow regularly for few months you will see a marked difference in your hair, your hair will stop shedding gradually with this remedy.

Soak 5-6 gooseberries in a cup of milk for 2-3 hours, and then grind the two to make a smooth paste. Apply this paste in the hair and wash it after an hour.

Make a mixture using two egg whites, 1 tsp glycerin and 2 tsp castor oil. Apply this mixture on the scalp and hair and wash it off after some time.

To control your hair loss and improve your hair quality, prepare oil at home. Boil a handful of hibiscus leaves in 200 ml of coconut oil. Strain it and use this oil regularly to massage on the scalp.

Consider deep conditioning once a week to make your hair smooth and soft. For this you can use natural conditioners like curds, eggs and beer. Remember to avoid egg yolk and full fat yoghurt if your hair is extremely oily as these ingredients can make your hair further oily.

To add little bounce to your dull hair mix little white vinegar in warm water. When you wash your hair make the last rinse with this solution. Vinegar will bring shine back in your dull hair.

Avoid using harsh chemicals and excess blow dryers for your hair. Styling products like straightening, curling and hot irons also tend to damage your hair to a greater extent.
