Could you please inform that which shampoo is best to apply on hair and tell me the shampoo name in detail. In spite of shampoo can we use soap nut powder to wash our hairs. Will it cause any problems for my hairs?

With so many shampoos available in the market, a person often gets confused which is the right one for me. A particular type of shampoo which is suitable for your hair type is best for you. You have not mentioned your hair type so I can not suggest any particular shampoo for your hair. But remember a key point if you have dry hair with split ends then use shampoo specifically made for dry or damaged hair, go straight for creamy shampoos and avoid using clear shampoos altogether. When it comes to conditioner, use an ultra moisturizing conditioner because moisturizer is a must for dry hair. If you have course or curly hair then too use creamed shampoo because most of the times curly hairs tend to be dry as the natural oils from the scalp don't travel to the tip of the hair. In the ingredient list look for shea butter, macadamia, nuts oil and wheat germ oil as these ingredients help to coat the hair shaft tapering water inside. Like for dry hair, for curly hair too use an ultra moisturizing conditioner each time you shampoo you hair to make your mane manageable. Do not wash curly or course hair often as this will make them further dry and frizzy. If you have fine, oily or limp hair then opt for clear shampoos and leave the creamy shampoos aside. Look for panthanol based shampoos and many researches believe that panthenol tends to penetrate the hair cuticle making each strand thicker. If you have processed hair that is colored, permed, straightened then adding moisturizer to your hair is the key, don't forget to use a conditioner on the shaft of the hair to prevent the ends from drying out. Yes soapnut powder can be used to wash your hair, as it is natural hair when washed with this powder feels thicker and healthier.
