Partial baldness which you are experiencing is quite common in men as compared to women. This can be due to different reasons like hormonal imbalance, a prolong illness, alopecia areata, lack of certain nutrients in the diet or poor hygiene. It is very important to know the cause for your hair loss so that an appropriate treatment can be done for the same. Try the following home remedies for hair loss and baldness -

  • Boil 4 table spoons of heena leaves in a cup of mustard oil. When warm strain the mixture and store it in a bottle. Massage this oil on the bald patched regularly to promote hair growth. This is one of the most effective remedy for hair growth and baldness.
  • One of the most popular and effective remedies for hair loss and baldness is rubbing the hair scalp with the tips of your fingers after taking a hair bath. This promotes blood circulation under the skin of the scalp and thus promotes hair growth.
  • Grind half black pepper with half lime seeds and apply this on the bald patches on both the corners of your head. This will promote hair growth and prevent further hair loss.
  • For hair growth on the corners of your head prepare a mixture of apple cider vinegar and saga tea. Apply this on the bald patched to promote hair growth.
  • Take 4 tablespoons of plain yoghurt, to this mix 4 tablespoon of camphor lotion. Apply this solution on the head and leave it for 2-3 hours before washing with lukewarm water. This is a very popular and effective remedy for baldness.
  • Have a balanced diet comprising of whole grains, nuts, oilseeds, pulses, and fresh fruits and vegetables to give all the essential nutrients required for hair growth.
