Ultra Violet Protect

Is this treatment only for face? What about other parts which are exposure to sun and become dark?

Some people are very sensitive to the ultra violet rays of the sun. To prevent any harm caused by these rays it is wise to carry an umbrella, wear a pair of sunglasses or hat when you step out in the sun. Not only the face but the other parts of the body that are exposed to these rays are also affected. For this you need to take extra care of your self. The ultra violet rays are at its peak from 9am to 3 pm. Preferably stay indoors in this period, if you a re working then try to reach your office by that time and remain in the office and if you have some work which can be delayed do it after 4 pm. Whenever you step out in sun use a sunscreen lotion liberally on your skin. Sunscreen lotion with SPF that is sun protecting factor more than 20 should be preferred for best result. If you have a field job then preferably wear cotton clothes with full sleeves (thin material or else you might keep sweating in the sun) should be preferred to prevent your hands from tanning. Bleaching helps to remove the sun tan, pigmentation and makes the skin tone a shade lighter. Any mild body bleach can be used for instant effects. Natural bleach would not have any side effects but it will require lot of time and patience. If you have both then you can rub a slice of fresh lime on the tanned areas of the body and leave it for 20 minutes. Wash it off with cold water and pat dry the skin. Similarly tomato juice and curds will also have good effects in reducing the tan form the body when applied on regular basis. Don't get depressed, besides face you can apply all the ingredients which I mentioned above on other parts of the body too.
