Shampoo for hair fall and dandruff
I am having hair fall during bath in huge level.I am also having dandruff in my head which makes me to wash by hair daily. Can u suggest the material content of a shampoo which reduces hair fall and dandruff??

Home Remedies for Hair Fall and Dandruff
The first thing you need to do is stop washing your hair everyday. This will not help you to cope with either your dandruff or hair loss in any way. Instead, it will weaken the roots and strands of your hair considerably. In order to combat hair fall, you must make it a point to oil your hair once or twice a week. Use warm oil and massage it gently into your scalp. Leave it on overnight and shampoo it off the next morning. In order to control dandruff, add a few drops of tea tree oil to your regular shampoo. This will help you to fight dandruff considerably. You can also rub your scalp with lime juice and leave it in for about 15 minutes just before you wash your hair. This will also help you to fight dandruff considerably.
Using almond, castor or coconut oil will strengthen your hair considerably. You must also increase your intake of folic acid in order to make your hair stronger. Folic acid deficiency is known to lead to hair loss as well as premature greying. In order to control premature greying, you can increase your intake of seafood, which contains iodine, an important substance that supports dark hair colour.

For hair fall : Udhay, please pick up a shampoo with contents; Arnica, Jaborandi and Calendula. Shampoos with these contents should be available at all leading homeopathic chemists. These are good for natural prevention of hair fair and to fight dandruff.
