What are the remedies for skin rashes? Can anybody help?

Treatment and Relief from Skin Rash
Reliving rashes can require temporary or permanent measures. There are many types of skin rashes, some are itchy while some are not, and some cause inflammation while some do not. There are many products available in the market, which are helpful to obtain skin rash relief. Some skin rashes take a long time to be treated during such medication these products help in providing relief from the itchy rashes. However, these products should be used as suggested by the doctor. Some of the remedies which help get relief from itchy skin rashes are; Witch hazel is a remedy that acts as an astringent to cure itchy skin rash as well as more severe conditions like, eczema. It has anti-oxidant properties due to which it is used to treat sunburns. St. Johns Wort is a native flower to Europe and due to its astringent properties can be used to rejuvenate and refresh the skin particularly from an itchy rash. Similarly, aloe vera, essential oils, jewelweed, wild pansy can be used to gain relief from rashes.
