You will have to remove the leaves but after that you can store the mustard oil and use it to massage your scalp.
Fenugreek is an excellent tonic for your hair. You will need to soak in a handful of the seeds. In the morning you can grind these to a coarse paste. Apply this on your hair and scalp and leave it on for at least an hour before you wash it off. You should get rid of stress in your life by taking up some kind of physical exercise. You can be healthy only if you eat properly and this health will be reflected in your hair.
