Wrinkles are nothing but thin creases that we notice on certain parts of our body as our age increases. This mixture should be left on the face for a maximum of fifteen minutes before it is washed off. Coconut oil has the ability of getting rid of wrinkles. The best way to use coconut oil is by gently rubbing into your skin when you are going to bed. This works on your skin as you sleep and can be wiped away in the morning. Another kind of oil that can work wonders on your face is castor oil. This oil too can be massaged into the skin at bedtime and left on while you sleep. Grapes are generally very effective in removing wrinkles. You can simply cut open a grape and rub this over your face. This can be left on your face for half an hour and should then be washed off.
In addition to the various applications, you can also ensure that your skin is wrinkle free by following certain dietary restrictions. Avoid eating oily, spicy and rich food. Light food is the best. Fruits and vegetables can be consumed in large quantities. It is believed that flax seed oil possess the ability to get rid of wrinkles. You can include this oil in your daily cooking or else make it a practice to consume at least a spoonful every day.
