Natural Treatment to Remove Acne Scar
Acne may last for only the teen years they may leave a permanent scar on your skin. Acne scars resemble "ice pick" pit scars or crater like scars. Proper treatment of acne may reduce the risk of scarring. However, there are dermatological procedures which may help in the removal of acne scars. Dermabrasion involves removing the upper layers of the skin with an electrical machine that abrades the skin. When the skin recovers from the therapy it appears smoother and fresher. This method is effective in removing small scars. A chemical peel is the procedure used to treat mainly the sun damaged skin and superficial scars by the removal of top layer of the skin by chemical application. Injectable collagen is generally used to treat wrinkles, scars and facial lines and is derived from purified bovine which helps in replacing the body's natural collagen. Laser surfacing is used to minimize the wrinkles and fine scars by burning the damaged skin using high energy light. These are some of the common treatments, other treatments are punch grafts are small skin grafts used to replace scarred skin. Punch grafts help to treat deep acne scars. Another treatment to remove acne scars is autologous fat transfer.
