Natural Cure for Adult Acne
Though it appears the same, adult acne is totally different from teen acne. The treatment products used for treating the teen acne have no effect on adult acne as the skin undergoes changes as we grow old. Adult acne is generally seen around the perioral areas of mouth, chin and jaw. It generally begins with blackheads. Hence, one should not treat the adult acne like teen acne as it may either have no effect or it may get worse. While dealing with adult acne one should gently clean the face with a mild cleanser which suits your skin and then exfoliate it with a facial scrub twice a week. Don't scrub too hard as it would worsen the acne. See that the cleansers contain benzoly peroxide as it is very effective in treating the acne skin. One should use oil free cosmetics, lotions, sunscreens, etc to avoid acne. Treatment systems like the Proactiv solution 3 step systems have worked wonders and cleared up the skin of many people. If you have a basic acne over the counter products can help clear it up but for a serious acne a doctor should be consulted. There are also many antibiotics available in the market to treat acne.
