Can we grow long and healthy hair after 30 years age

Hair growth is affected with age however 30 years of age is not really the age when this happens. However if you are experiencing this problem at the age of 30, then there is not much to worry about as at this age they can be made to grow well again.

The first thing that you should do is take the right nutrition required by hair and scalp. Therefore, you will require increasing the intake of proteins, which are the basic material of which a hair is made of. Increase the consumption of fish, eggs, beans yogurt, yeast products calve liver, etc, which have the proteins of the exact type that are required.

In addition to proteins vitamins especially vitamins of the B-complex group, are important as well. Besides, minerals as sulfur, magnesium, zinc, and silica are crucial as well. Both vitamins and minerals are present in ample proportion in the food as green and yellow colored fruits and vegetables.

In addition to these nutrients, you can also use the different commercial product as oils, lotions etc. they are widely available in the market and they are cheap as well. They will provide all essential nutrients directly to hair and scalp.

You can grow healthy hair at any point in your life. However, when it comes to length, you must realize that by the time you have passed 30 years of age, your hair is probably used to remaining at a certain length. If you have always had short hair, unless you are a person with exceptionally healthy hair, do remember that it may not always grow to be too long suddenly. However, you can always try to use certain home remedies to promote healthy hair growth and ensure that you are not losing hair needlessly.

The first thing to do is avoid excessive use of hair dryers and irons, as these have a tendency to make your hair excessively dry and brittle and more prone to breakage. You can also get into the habit of applying warm almond oil and massaging it into your scalp about twice a week. Almond oil encourages hair growth in terms of both length and strength. You can soak fenugreek seeds in water overnight and massage this water into your scalp the next day. Let it dry and then shampoo off. This is also an excellent way to prevent hair loss. You can also condition your hair with henna, or mehendi. This is an excellent conditioner. You can make a concoction of a cup of henna powder, a whole egg and enough coconut milk to make a thin paste. Apply this and leave it for about four hours. This will add to length and strength.
