Men Skin Care for Aging
Premature aging is not only experienced by women but also by men. The causes of aging skin are of two types, intrinsic and extrinsic. The intrinsic factors are loss of elasticity of the elastin, low production of collagen and slow shredding of dead cells. The extrinsic factors include smoking, sleeping positions, sun, stress, facial expressions, gravity, etc. The symptoms of aging skin are fine lines, wrinkles, dry skin, dark circles, etc. though the symptoms and causes of aging skin are the same in the males and females, the treatment process and the products are different. The products which work on the females do not work on the males as their skin is oilier and thicker than the females. There are many anti aging skin care products for men available in the market today. A man should not use women's anti aging products as they contain more oil than they really need and this may irritate their skin. One should choose the appropriate skin care product for their skin and learn from childhood how to keep their skin youthful. As the men's skin is 15 % oilier than women's skin one must not only wash his face regularly twice a day but exfoliate it regularly as a part of skin care regime.
