Skin Care for Blackhead
Blackheads are small dark spots on the skin, which are nearly the size of a pinhead, caused by small plug in the opening of a follicle. Blackheads are somewhat like zits and are called the sibling of zits. Some people squeeze the blackheads which only makes them worse. Blackheads are caused due to oily skin and clogged skin pores. It is not dirt which causes them to look black but it is the contact with the air which makes it black. Black heads are not skin problem but they are caused due to internal problems like glandular or due to wrong oils in food. A habit of washing your face twice a day is the best way of reducing blackheads as it will help wash away the excess oil and dead skin particles. Blackheads need to be softened by steam or hot water or oil and then can be drawn out easily with a betonite or a syringe. The best way to do away with blackheads is to eradicate its cause i.e. extreme secretion sebum (oil) and dead skin cells. Drinking a lot of water and taking a healthy diet is very important. To remove blackheads apply a daily scrub in the morning before all of your other skin care products. Never use harsh soaps or cosmetics which leave an oily trace behind.
