Image Skin Care

My daughter has lack of image. Her looks healthy but skin is dark and say always look so bad so what skin care to do for bright skin?

Home Tips for Skin Brighting

Poor body image results from dissatisfaction with one or another aspect of ones' physical appearance. Many cultures have an excessive focus on fair skin being imperative to attractiveness. This however is not a universal rule and many cultures are now increasingly adopting the healthy, tanned look as a new standard of beauty.

What is important however is that no matter what the colour of the skin, it should be healthy and even-toned. This can be achieved with a lifestyle that focuses on healthy eating habits, regular exercise, and good cleansing routine.To brighten the skin it is important to keep it clean through regular washing and exfoliation. Cleansing can be done with plain water many times a day and using a mild antibacterial face wash two to three times a day. Exfoliating once a day for oily skin and less frequently for dry skin can be done using a commercial face scrub or a home made one (using a honey and oatmeal mixture works wonders). End the routine with a healthy dab of oil-free moisturizer.

To supplement this make sure a healthy diet is followed. This includes generous helping of fruits and vegetables with some protein. Drinking 13-14 glasses of water a day is a must.
