Elements of Skin Care Product
There is a wide range of skin care products available in the market. The active ingredients that they contain may be alpha, beta acids, vitamins, derivatives etc. most of them also contain nutrients for nourishing the skin or hair where they are applied.
However, the best ingredients in the skin care products are the vitamins or enzymes. Some of them are as follows.
Retinol – It is a derivative of vitamin A. it is one of the popular ingredient and is present in most of the skin care products. it is found to be useful for improving the mottled pigmentation, skin texture, fine lines and wrinkles, skin tone, as well as the hydration levels i.e. moisture in the skin. Its small amount is enough to be effective and is widely available. Products containing retinol are not at all expensive, so almost anybody can buy them.
Vitamin C – Vitamin C is an effective anti oxidant. It fuels development of collagen in the skin. Therefore, it can be used to lessen the signs of old age. It also assists in reducing scars. This too does not have any side effect and is very effective as well.
In the same way some other natural substances as alpha-hydroxy acids also are very good ingredients for skin care products. They are effectual as well as free from side effects.
