Skin and Beauty Care Dietary Advice
To have beautiful skin, you have to ensure that you follow a healthy and regular diet and exercise schedule. Have a wholesome diet that includes plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables provide your body with many essential vitamins as well as insoluble fibre that helps to daily ensures a clean and healthy digestive tract. In addition to this, try to avoid fried and processed foods. White flour often triggers acne and rosacea. You should also make sure that you drink plenty of water, as it helps to regulate the systems in your body as well as get rid of bodily toxins.
Make sure that you clean your face of all make-up before you go to sleep as it can clog your pores and cause an outbreak. Honey is an excellent moisturiser that contains antioxidants that offer protection from free radicals. You can use honey in natural masks for both your skin and your hair. You can also substitute your cosmetic face wash with a natural face wash made out of honey, sugar and orange/lemon juice. Massage your body and your hair with warm coconut oil at least one a week. Coconut oil will help to keep your skin soft and smooth and will help to smoothen out damaged hair follicles.
