Milk and egg yolk for controlling hair frizziness
To combat dry and frizzy hair, the most important thing that you need to do is oil your hair on a regular basis and follow proper hair care tips. Without fail, make it a point to oil your hair at least twice a week. For this, you can use almond oil, olive oil, or coconut oil. Once every two weeks, apply castor oil to your scalp to make your hair stronger and smoother. If you want the castor oil to be more effective, soak a towel in hot water, squeeze out the water, and wrap this heated towel around your head. This will help the oil to penetrate deep into the scalp and nourish the roots of the hair. Mind you, castor oil is thick, so you will need to wash your hair accordingly. Oiling your hair is an excellent way to provide your hair with essential nutrients as well as fatty acids.
While you are taking care of the dryness in your hair, you can also improve the texture of your hair so that it is smooth and shiny with the natural hair care tips. Pour one whole egg in a bowl. To this, add the juice of one lime and tablespoonful of olive oil to it. Mix this concoction well and apply it to your scalp. You will need to this leave this on for at least an hour before washing it off. To make your hair look sleek and glossy, apply a mixture of lavender oil and milk cream to your hair. Once a month, you should apply a hair pack made primarily of fresh coconut milk to your hair. Extract the milk of a coconut and then add an egg yolk to it. You can also add avocado paste to this mixture as this fruit is rich in fatty acids and will help to fortify your hair. Mix all the ingredients well and systematically apply it to your scalp and your hair. Leave it on for at least 2-3 hours before you wash your hair with cold water. This pack helps in improving the texture of your hair, making it softer and much more manageable.
Apart from nourishing your hair, there are few things that you need to take care of to ensure that you don’t damage your hair. If you hair is frizzy, do not shampoo your hair every day. Make sure that you only use mild hair care products and it is very important that they are suited to your hair type. You can also massage your scalp lightly before you go to bed as this will increase sebum production.
