Bad body odor & excessive underarm perspiration - Stop armpit perspiration and bad odour

I perspire tremendously everywhere my armpits are the most embarrassing because they smell after while what can I do to stop bad body odor I have been to doctors and all I’m desperate!

To tackle the problem of excessive underarm perspiration and subsequent smelliness due to bad body odor, you can approach the problems in a couple of ways. One is to try and perspire less. The other is to try and ensure that your perspiration does not cause bad body odors and is not smelly enough so as to be offensive. There is an old adage: you smell of what you eat. So, as the saying goes, if you want to smell like a fish, eat fish. And if you want to smell like a cow, eat cow meat. However, if you want to smell like a rose, it will not help much to eat the flower! You have to make some small changes in what you eat. This will avoid the embarrassing problem of bad skin odor. The first thing to do is to eliminate garlic and onions from your diet completely. These are the strongest smelling of all foods. And if included in your diet, they will only add to your body odor. Start eating coriander with all meals. This will improve your body odor tremendously, as will parsley. If you eat anise seeds, your body as well as mouth will not smell offensive. You can also get anise stems that can be used to flavor soups and savories. It is always better to stick to a vegetarian diet, this is the best way to avoid body odors. For large part, bad body odor causes are meat eating and eating excessive spices such as garlic and chilies. You would do well to stay away from these rich sources of bad body odour. Eating fresh fruits and vegetables will at least stop the odor from being putrid, so you should increase your intake of those.

If you feel that an excessive underarm perspiration or excess accumulation of sweat in your armpits makes them smell, then you should also try to make sure that this problem is taken care of. To stop excessive underarm perspiration make it a point to bathe twice a day at least. This will not allow bacteria to fester in your armpits, thus taking away the smell. After a bath, make it a point to dry your armpits thoroughly. Keep your armpit hair trimmed to as short a length as possible. Sweat trapped in body hair can also add to bad odors. Make it a rule to always apply talcum powder to your armpits. Be generous in sprinkling it there. Talc absorbs moisture and will prevent excessive armpit perspiration, thus leaving your body dry and free of sweat and any bad odors.
