Get rid of pimple and facial hair problem
Having pimples before your period is quite normal. It is mainly due to the different hormonal changes going on in your body. Having pimples in general, and facial hair growth too, are related to your hormone levels, and are usually the result of what is known as a hormonal imbalance. This is a rather common condition among women these days. It leads to series of complications such as hair loss, acne, stress, depression, excess hair growth, obesity, irregular periods, and so on. A woman’s body produces hormones, of which estrogen and progesterone are among the most important. An imbalance occurs when there is excess production of estrogen in comparison to the progesterone. A lack of a proper balanced diet, stress, smoking and alcohol could lead to such imbalances, but they could also be due to hereditary reasons.
To cure pimples, you could apply tomato pulp on the affected area and leave it for an hour before washing it off. You could also take some tomato puree, and store it in the refrigerator to form ice. Take the ice cubes and rub them on your face for fifteen minutes. This will not only help cure your pimples but also will give you a good pink glow. Applying aloe vera gel or the juice extracted from aloe vera leaves twice a day could also heal the pimples faster. In addition, applying freshly crushed garlic cloves or garlic juice on your pimples is said to be highly effective. The garlic is also thought to help to clear pimple scars. You could also blend some fresh cucumber and apply the paste on your face as a mask for half an hour. This will help keep your skin fresh and also prevent pimples.
For your facial hair, if the hair is prominent you could simply bleach your skin every few weeks. Other remedies for reducing facial hair would include honey and lemon. You need to make a paste of fresh lemon juice and honey. Take a brush and apply this mix in the direction of your hair growth. Leave it on for fifteen minutes and then wash it off. Apply this twice a week, regularly, for good results. Another facemask could be applied by mixing egg white, corn flour and sugar. Blend this mixture thoroughly till it its sticky. Apply it on your face, let it dry for a while and then peel it off gently. You could apply this three to four times a week.
You also need to go visit your gynecologist or a skin specialist, as besides basic remedies and a healthy life style, hormonal imbalances often also require certain medications.
