How to get fair skin and remove pimples at home naturally
Pimples can be a very unsightly scene and it is little wonder that they are one of the foremost concerns a person has when talking about their appearances. Pimples tend to appear in the years during puberty but may also erupt during the adult years of ones life. While a bad diet can heighten the chances of development of pimples on ones face, sometimes pimples are unavoidable. For instance, the skin on your face contains pores which are microscopic holes that allow the sebaceous glands, which are under the skin and secrete important oils, to supply these oils to the skin. Very often, a microscopic piece of dirt may stick to one of these pores and cause a blockage. The sebaceous glands, in the meanwhile, will continue producing the essential oils, also known as sebum, which will start to build up behind the blockage. On the outer layers of the skin, this will start to look like a pimple. At times these pimples contain infections as a result of the bacteria on the dirt or skin reacting with the sebum. If this happens, the pimple is likely to contain puss and is called a pustule. Most often, the individual will choose to proactively burst the pimple allowing the infectious puss to spread over a larger area of the skin leading to an outbreak of acne.
In order to get rid of pimple try following treatments:
• Create a mixture of equal amounts of lemon juice and rose water. Apply this to the affected areas and let it rest for about an hour. Continue this therapy for about 20 days to remove pimples.
• Crete a puree from ripe tomatoes and apply the pulp over the pimple and let it remain for over an hour before washing it off.
If your current complexion is not your original color, you might need to first analyze what the underlying cause is for the change in pigmentation. In all likelihood though, it would be caused due to intense exposure to the sun. If this is the case, you need to take better skin care and wear sunscreen whenever you venture out during the day. You could also create a face pack of 1 teaspoon of milk powder, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, ½ teaspoon of almond oil and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Apply the face pack to your face and wash it off after 10 to 15 minute to glow face.
