Whitehead and Skin Tanning Treatment
You certainly seem to require some intensive skin lightening or bleaching and some relief from your acne as well. White heads and black heads are really the same problem with a small difference so the treatment for both is really the same. In fact, it is worth noting that if you do not treat the problem at all, your body will take care of the condition in time. Nevertheless, there are some simple remedies to dealing with white heads.
A white head is basically a blockage of the sebaceous gland duct and is filled with keratin and sebum. Usually this ends up as a black head but if the duct seals off, it would appear as white and yellow accumulation. The best way to treat this is pull out the “plugs” that are blocking the ducts. Since these are on the surface of the skin this is rather easy to do as well. There are strips that are available that are basically sticky tape that adhere to the hardened blockages and come off when the strips are pulled off the skin. Before you use these strips, make sure that you clean your skin well with warm water to remove any surface oil and grime. You can use this treatment as long as you have black heads but to prevent this problem from continuously recurring, wash your face regularly with a face wash that contains salicylic acid to keep your skin clear and clean.
Tan lightening or bleaching natural skin care remedies that are done at home may not be as fast acting as laboratory created solution but they are friendlier to the body, and this is the main reason that people indulge in them – apart from the cost factor. A natural bleaching solution is one that is rich in vitamin C, which is best acquired from a solution of lemon and onion juice, applied to the skin twice a day after a salicylic acid wash. The effects are not noticeable immediately and you most likely will not notice it as it much as the people around you would but, typically, you can notice changes every week. At the end of two months, you would definitely start to notice the changes in your skin. This treatment can be done on any part of the body and is best accompanied by an increased intake of vitamin E, pomegranate fruit and seeds, all kinds of berries, walnuts, peanuts, oranges, coffee, apples, and pineapples.
