I am 23 years old and I am getting gray hair on my beard, what do I do please show me any type of remedy.

Remedies for Gray Hair

Developing gray hair at your age could be a sign of a couple of things.

Heredity is one of them, while excessive stress is another. If you have inherited the tendency to develop gray hair, you should know that there is very little you can do about it. Most importantly, you should know that once the hair has turned gray from the root, you cannot reverse this process.

Those particular strands of hair will always remain gray. All you can do is hide it by using camouflage tactics. There are also some natural hair care remedies you can try at home to stop your hair from graying further.

Indian gooseberry is particularly known for its property to maintain healthy dark hair. You can either consume this in pill or capsule form, or you can get the powdered version for direct application to your beard. You can mix the powder in enough water to make a paste and apply this all over your beard. This will work very well to prevent further graying of your hair. If you maintain even a slightly long beard, you can also camouflage the hair by coloring it. Keep in mind however, that you will have to touch up your roots about once a week, since the hair on your beard has a tendency to grow out that quickly. A natural hair colorant you can use for your beard is henna. This will shade your hair reddish brown or black, depending upon which color you choose. Henna will also add to the texture of your hair, conditioning it deeply and making it much softer. You can make a paste of henna powder mixed with water to color your hair. If you want, you can also add a bit of instant coffee powder to it for darker coloring.

If you can get your hands on it, you should use black cohosh to color your hair. This is a natural colorant and will also discourage hair from graying further. The roots of the plant can be soaked and then applied to your beard for good results. Once again, it is important to remember that all of these methods will only help you to prevent your hair from graying further. None of these hair care methods will actually turn your gray hair into the original color again. For this, the best hair care tips and remedy is to remain clean shaven, which will effectively hide the color of your hair completely!
