Blackheads on nose, Removing Black Heads from Skin, How to Remove Black Heads

I have lot of blackheads on my face? Can you give me some tips on how to remove black heads at home?

Blackheads are basically a manifestation of clogged skin pores and dead cells.

They are easily taken care of at home, providing you follow a proper routine of skin care and maintenance. But to begin with, you will have to take some extra measures to get rid of the blackheads in the first place. Since blackheads usually appear on excessively neglected and oily skin, you can begin by taking care of this part first.

Begin by getting a facial done once a week for one month for removing blackheads from skin.

This would mean four or five facials in rapid succession. Pay special attention to the steaming part of the program. When you steam your face, you are basically working at dislodging the dirt and dead cells from your clogged skin pores. This will automatically take care of the blackheads as well. After steaming, a blackhead remover can be used to gently ease out any stubborn ones that have not succumbed to the steam. A mixture of the facial cream and steam will be very effective in taking care of removing your blackheads. The face pack you apply after your facial should also work towards sealing your pores so that no further dirt is lodged into them. One way to ensure this is to use a face pack that has some menthol in it. This will seal your pores off very well thus preventing further blockages.

Apart from this, you should also make it a regular practice to exfoliate your face every week. If you have oily skin, use an exfoliating scrub that is specially formulated to take care of oily skin. This will not allow any dead cells to remain on your skin, thus effectively reducing your chances of problems like blackheads and whiteheads. If you desire, you can also make your own exfoliating scrub by mixing sugar crystals in any regular cooking oil. Scrub this mix over your face till the sugar dissolves. Adding a few drops of lemon juice to this mix will also help to sanitize your face well. You must also make it a point to wash your face at least twice daily with a deep cleaning face wash, preferably a soap free one. Try to wash your face with warm water and use a wash cloth to gently scrub your face while washing. This daily practice will also go a long way towards helping you to maintain clean and blemish free skin at all times.
