Dry Skin Care

For years on end, skin care scientists have used chemicals as their basis for younger, more youthful looking skin.

  • Pay special attention to your lower legs that tend to be dryer since they’re farther from your heart.
  • Take more cool showers or baths than you used to.
  • Use a humidifier, particularly in your bedroom.
  • Use a mild cleanser (squeaky clean is far too drying).
